SodaBurn Shipping, Returns and How to Reach Us

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm Central go out the same business day. Anything later ships the next one. Once the parcel is with the carrier, most orders arrive in 2 to 7 business days, closer to two in the Midwest and closer to seven on the west coast. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days, and we do not ship on them either.

Shipping is free on the three-bottle and six-bottle kits. The two-bottle kit carries a flat shipping charge that is calculated and shown before you confirm payment. We ship to the 50 United States only.

Tracking your SodaBurn order

An order confirmation arrives by email within minutes. The tracking number follows when the carrier makes its first scan, normally the next morning. If 48 hours pass with no tracking, email orders@sodaburnz.com with your order number and we will chase it from our end.

If a parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, wait one more day, then tell us. Carriers occasionally scan early. If it does not appear, we ship a replacement rather than making you argue with the carrier.

Damaged or missing bottles

Glass travels well until it does not. If a SodaBurn bottle arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo with the order number and we replace it at our cost, no return needed. A replacement never shortens your 60-day guarantee window.

Returning SodaBurn step by step

1. Use SodaBurn daily for at least 30 days. That is the condition on the promise and the only one.
2. Email support@sodaburnz.com inside 60 days of your purchase date with the order number and a sentence about what did not work.
3. We reply within one business day with the return address. There is no form and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
4. Post the bottles back, opened or not, at your own postage cost.
5. We refund within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank takes another 3 to 10 days to show it.
