SodaBurn Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Ohio Valley Nutrition Group, LLC collects when you use sodaburnz.com or buy SodaBurn, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who is responsible

What we collect when you browse

Standard server logs: the page requested, a truncated IP address, the browser string and the referring page. Logs are kept for 30 days and used to spot errors and abuse. This store runs no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers.

What we collect when you order

Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, plus the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered on the payment processor's page and never reach our servers; we see the last four digits and the authorisation result.

Cookies

The store sets one session flag so a dismissed order bar stays dismissed while you browse. It disappears when you close the tab. Third-party analytics cookies are not used on this domain.

Who else sees your data

The payment processor, the carrier that delivers the parcel, and the email service that sends the receipt. Each receives only what its job requires. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Marketing email consent is kept until you withdraw it. Support emails are archived for two years.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete everything that is not legally required. Unsubscribe links sit at the foot of every marketing email. We answer requests within 30 days.

Children

SodaBurn is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the foot of the page changes with it and the previous version is available on request.
